For All Projects:

​Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude the following holidays:

• New Year's Eve and New Year's Day

• Memorial Day

• Juneteenth National Independence Day 

• Independence Day

• Labor Day

• Indigenous People's Day

• Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving

• Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

 

Any other dates that affect client timelines will be communicated on the website or in client communication.

Because all work by New View Writer is custom, all purchases are final and no refunds are offered.

Pricing schedules are subject to change. Any updates to pricing will be included on the website and in client communications.  All project estimates will be honored for 30 days; after 30 days, a new project estimate will be created.

New View Writer is not liable for misinformation. We will not be held liable for any loss or damages to anyone as a result of misinformation.

New View Writer delivers work on time; however, sometimes life's situations override the plans of even the most professional writer. In the unlikely event that New View Writer cannot meet the agreed-upon turnaround time, New View Writer will make every effort to contact you before the deadline to let you know. We will not be held liable for any loss or damages to anyone as a result of missing a deadline.

New View Writer may use your project as an example on this website or on social media. If you prefer that your project is not used in this manner, please let us know when we complete your project.
